“Premio Índice da Excelência” is a study of human capital development, by Neves de Almeida HR Consulting in partnership with Human Resources Portugal, Executive Digest and INDEG-ISCTE. It analyses the best HR practices in Portugal, educating the business community about the importance of strategic management, and rewarding organisations that invest the most in this area.
